"Clear layover details, even if the waiting was annoying"
I used KAYAK to look up flights, and I’ve got to say the layover info was actually really clear. It showed the airport, how long I’d be stuck waiting between flights, and even the terminal details, so I wasn’t left guessing. I’m not thrilled about long waits during layovers, but at least having all the info upfront made it way easier to pick a flight that felt manageable.

"I booked my flight through KAYAK..."
I booked my flight through KAYAK, and in my experience, adding travel insurance was straightforward. The options were right there and didn’t feel confusing or overwhelming. I was able to compare them quickly and choose the one that felt like enough coverage for my trip. Luckily, I didn’t end up needing it, but I personally felt better knowing I had it just in case.

"Helpful emails for the most part"
I got emails from kayak regularly, but it wasn’t too much or anything. Most of the updates were actually useful, though I do wish there were a few less promo ones mixed in. Overall, good experiance

"Keeps My Travel Plans Sorted"
I mostly use Kayak to keep all my flights and hotel bookings in one spot, it does the job really well. The itinerary updates are super helpful, especially when flight times change or I completely forget what’s coming up next. I just forward my confirmation emails, and it figures everything out without making it complicated. It’s simple, reliable, and makes travel feel way less stressful.

"Pretty handy for checking flights"
I mostly use kayak when I’m trying to get a quick feel for flight prices before I actually book anything. It’s just easier than opening, like, a bunch of different airline tabs and trying to compare everything myself. The fare alerts were nice too, I ended up seeing a cheaper ticket a few days later, so that was a win. It’s not perfect every time, I mean… sometimes prices shift or whatever, but for a quick fare comparison, it’s been really useful for me.

"Slow at First, But They Came Through"
I had a problem with my booking i was getting annoyed because support took longer to respond than I expected. But then they finally got back to me, fixed everything, and suddenly I wasn’t so mad anymore. It wasn’t the fastest experience, but it did get sorted in the end.

"I noticed a weird double charge after..."
I noticed a weird double charge after booking and was a bit stressed about it. Kayak support handled it faster than I thought they would, and the refund came through without much hassle. it was just really useful to have it sorted so quickly.

"I booked a flight on Kayak and the…"
I booked a flight on Kayak and the price was decent, so no complaints there. The only thing was the confirmation email didn’t come through right away, and I started getting a little worried after about an hour. I even had my sister check with me to make sure I hadn’t missed anything. It did eventually show up, so everything worked out, but the process wasn’t as smooth as I expected.

"The seat details actually made a difference"
I used kayak.com while looking at flights, i found the seat selection info useful. At least for me, it was clear enough before booking and helped me avoid choosing a seat I probably would’ve regretted. Comparing options felt simple too. I’d use it again

"Plenty of cars to pick from"
I was surprised by how many rental options showed up, from little budget cars to bigger vans. Comparing them was easy too. I’ll blame myself for almost spending too long scrolling through all the choices

"Snagged a cheaper flight"
I got an alert for a cheaper flight i didn’t wait around. I was about to, actually, I just booked it right away before the price changed. Super glad I caught it in time...

"Logging in has always been easy for me"
I mostly use Kayak to look back at trips I’ve saved or check my bookings, i’ve never had any issues getting into my account. At this point I kind of just assume it’s going to work the same every time, because it always has. Logging in is quick whether I’m on my phone or my laptop. I did forget my password once, and the reset email showed up fast too. It’s nothing flashy, but it does what I need without making things complicated

"Feels safe and not sketchy for travel searches"
I use KAYAK often for flights and hotels, it just feels less creepy than a lot of other travel sites. The settings are easy enough to find, which I appreciate because I do not want to go on a scavenger hunt just to manage emails or privacy stuff.
I also have not gotten hit with weird spam after booking through it, which is a big plus. Maybe that should be normal, but these days it kind of feels worth mentioning. Overall, it seems like they handle privacy better than most, so I’m giving it 5 stars

"I used Kayak to compare a few flights…"
I used Kayak to compare a few flights, and the seats and prices actually matched when I clicked through, which was a relief. I didn’t run into that annoying thing where everything suddenly shows as sold out after you pick it. It was simple to use and definitely saved me some time. Overall, I felt like it made the whole flight-search process a lot less stressful.

"I mostly use the Kayak app on…"
I mostly use the kayak app on my phone, it’s been easy to deal with. The search is quick, the filters make sense, and I like being able to check flights and hotels without bouncing around a bunch of pages. I do tend to second-guess myself when comparing prices, so I’ll usually look things over a few times before booking, but the app makes that straightforward. The layout is clean enough that I don’t get lost in it. I’ve booked a couple trips through it so far and haven’t had any major issues. Overall, it’s just a smooth app that does what I need.

"Found routes I wasn't seeing anywhere else"
I mostly use Kayak because it seems to show way more flight options, especially for smaller airports or those odd layovers you don't always think to check. I was looking at a trip with around 2 connections, and it still gave me a decent number of choices. Saved me from having like 10 different tabs open trying to compare everything. Overall, I've been happy with it. Easy 5 stars from me.

"The filters actually made searching flights painless"
I was surprised how much easier it was to find a decent flight with the filters and sorting options. I didn’t have to keep digging through a mess of results like you do on some other sites, which almost feels intentional sometimes. It saved me a lot of time.

"I mostly use kayak.com when I’m…"
I mostly use kayak.com when I’m checking flight prices, and it’s easy to use. The filters are simple, and I can switch dates or airports without feeling like I’m getting lost. Results load fast too, and the options are laid out clear enough. I don’t have to click around a ton, which I really like. I’ve booked after comparing a few times, and I haven’t had any real issues. It’s just a practical site that does what I need

“Company is definitely legit and there are people with great reviews about it”

I booked a two night stay at hotel through kayak and it is a dump. is there anyway to get my money back?

“I did a direct search to the actual airline sites, and I found a flight cheaper than 100 bucks, so is it just me or does kayak only list flights up to 100 bucks and up?”
